Real Estate Beginnings
Architectural engineer Paul Interlandi was always interested in mechanical things and how they work. During the summers off from school, he worked for a couple of relatives who were contractors and real estate developers in Stamford, Connecticut.
He loved building things, creating, and working with his hands. These traits and passion for architecture, art, and history led him to earn a degree in architectural engineering. Influenced by his father and other entrepreneurs in the family, he decided to go into business.
